We hope you understand that we will be prioritising the maintenance of businesses standing on the front line to protect all of us in the UK right now, including the incredibly hardworking NHS emergency service vehicles and delivery vehicles in the food distribution chain. We are honoured to serve and support you always and especially now during such unprecedented circumstances.
Our showrooms have begun to re-open following implementation of additional sanitiser stations and visual safe-distance reminders. We would ask customers to call ahead to make an appointment at this current time to ensure customer safety and avoid disappointment. The sales team are working and are contactable to discuss any vehicle requirements you may currently have. We have a wide selection of new and Approved Used vans and are able to process orders. In place of product demonstrations, we can offer video calling by your preferred method including a product walk-around.
For your peace of mind, we have introduced contactless handovers at our dealerships. We are also able to deliver your new van across mainland UK via our dedicated, professional in-house drivers.

Our truck sales team are, of course, still working hard to support you and your businesses. To help support our customers, suppliers and colleagues they will be making every effort to still meet with you buy by phone, email, Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom or any other contact method you may prefer to use.
For our customers who have trucks on order, any changes, however small, will be communicated to you as we are also monitoring our suppliers, body builders and so on.

While our dealerships remain open, we are prioritising emergency service vehicles, delivery vehicles in the food distribution chain and other key workers. We continue to open 24 hours at some of our dealerships while other have some slight changes to our opening hours. Please see individual dealerships for the most up-to-date details.
The service department is still able to offer services, MOTs (for vans), ministry inspections and repair appointments by prior arrangement. There is limited collection and delivery available with the preferred method being “drop-and-go”. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer “while-you-wait” appointments at this time.

We continue to offer a daily delivery service to customers who require trade parts. By prior arrangement, customers are able to collect from our dealerships if necessary.
